In Dominion: Prosperity, wealth plays an important role. You’ve gone from being a simple farmer to ruling a vast kingdom filled with luxuries like a life-size statue made of baklava. But even with all your riches, you still have problems, like troublesome neighbors that need to be dealt with. This time, you’ll handle them with style and plenty of wealth.

Inspired by the success of such games in Germany,Rio Grande publish English versions for English-speaking players. Rio Grande games encourage social interaction among family and friends, especially within families, and promote valuable decision-making skills. Children and adults alike learn the importance of making good choices, both in games and in life.
How to Play Rio Grande Game of Dominion
Setup: Players need the base Dominion game to use this expansion. Choose 10 Kingdom cards, which can include those from Prosperity. Shuffle randomizer cards if using multiple expansions. Add Platinum and Colony if desired.
Gameplay Overview:
Platinum is a Treasure worth more than Gold.
Colony is a Victory card worth 10 Victory Points, more than the Province card.
These cards add new strategies as players aim to collect more wealth and buy expensive, powerful cards.
End of the Game: The game ends when either the Province pile is empty, 3 Supply piles are empty, or the Colony pile is empty.
Using Treasure Cards: Players can play Treasure cards in any order during the Buy phase. Some treasures, like Bank, offer bonuses based on the number of other Treasures played before them. Treasure cards cannot be played after purchasing a card.
